&lt;strong&gt;Oh, The Doctor was introduced in &quot;Don&#039;t Take the Night Train from Munich to Prague&quot;. He&#039;s my blood brother...  and a royal smartypants, thus the moniker. Hopefully, I&#039;ll get the epilogue done before that!
